John Vitale is a 20+ year seasoned veteran Funding Professional who helps navigate companies in all business cycles to secure funding for their projects anywhere in the world.
Before starting with T2 Construction Investments, John’s successful careers where helping mid sized banks in their small business and real estate transactions in the US. He has been a successful mentor with SCORE, an SBA funded non-profit since 2005 volunteering his time helping businesses, start / scale / sell.
Jon is known for his attention to detail and working every financial angle possible to secure the most advantageous funding available. John is not afraid of difficult credit positions of clients or uniqueness of project. The bigger the challenge, the more energized he becomes.
John enjoys weightlifting and spending quality time with his wife and three children and always has a passion for growing the Greater St. Louis market where he was born and raised.

Jeff Faust began his career in the environmental industry following graduate school in 1993. In May 2003, Jeff started Environmental Consultants, LLC with his friend and business partner, Jim Yasitis, as a way to bring personalized service, continuity and integrity to our customers. During his career, Jeff has developed many long term relationships with customers looking to provide cost effective, environmentally compliant, and risk managed solutions to their organizations. Jeff’s experience is heavy with Federal customers – particularly the Department of Defense, education – both K through 12 and higher education, and the corporate world. These customers rely on Jeff’s expertise to provide sound environmental budgets and a technical strategy to manage risk and compliance within these budgets. Jeff’s favorite quote from a customer was “Every time I call you, regardless of time of day, I get the feeling I am your only customer and that you have already analyzed and understand my problem. Next thing I know, you are at my door step telling me you were four hours away when I called – what a great feeling to know you care about all of your customers like that.” Working for good people remains the number one reason to go to work every day. When not at work, the majority of Jeff’s time is spent helping kids be kids. Jeff’s youngest son, Carter, lost his battle with leukemia at the age of five. Since then, Jeff spends his free time helping other kids and their parents with life facing illnesses. Besides being a Principal at EC, most people know Jeff due to his strong affiliations with St. Louis Childrens Hospital, the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Chair of the KIDstruction team at St. Louis Childrens Hospital, and his own foundation the Faust Family Endowment Fund and their “Hooked on Hope” fundraisers.

Todd Janson has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing, business management, project management, daily accounting functions, and project cost tracking. Prior to joining Environmental Consultants, LLC, he worked as the responsible Director of Business Development for two remediation companies for 10 years. Mr. Janson also served as Manager of a national program designed to assist a major U.S. oil refining company to properly dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. Services that the program provided to the company’s transportation and retail facilities included: waste characterization, transportation and disposal; regulation application guidance; training and procedure development; waste management solutions; spill response; environmental audits; and related project management services. Mr. Janson also conducted all tasks associated with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at a wide range of commercial and industrial facilities. Various asbestos abatement and consulting services (facility surveys, project management, oversight of abatement activities, and preparation and implementation of O&M programs. Mr. Janson also served as liaison between emergency response contactors and the victims of natural disasters (including Hurricane Andrew in south Miami and the 1994 California earthquake.
